According to the regulations of Krungsri Leasing Service Co., Ltd., We would like to notify the fees and fines according to the table below:

Car (Auto Loan Fee)
  1. Penalty (in the event of late instalment payments of car Installment Contract, Loan Agreement, Hire Purchase Agreement) 3% of the outstanding payment balance
  2. Late Payment Penalty (in case of delayed installment) / Auto-Late Charge for Vehicle Hire Purchase Agreement (Outstanding installment amount × Late charge rate × 12 × 150%) ÷ 360 days × Number of overdue days
  3. Loan Monitoring Fee 150.000 LAK
  4. Service fee if the customer requests the company to collect the money from their home or place of work 50,000 LAK
  5. Car Documentation Fee 1.500.000 LAK
  6. Contract cancellation fee (in the event that the customer breaches the conditions of the contract) 2.500.000 LAK
  7. The cost of changing the borrower's name (transferring ownership to a person not named in the contract if the customer has already paid the whole amount due). 800,000 LAK
  8. Change in borrower fee (all contracts) 1.5% of the entire outstanding loan amount.

Other Fee
  1. Cheque fines (if the cheque cannot be converted into cash). 20,000 LAK

The Company hereby notifies all customers to acknowledge and comply with the provisions of this Notification. This Notification shall take effect from the date of signing and remain valid until the Company issues a new Notification. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend this Notification prior to its expiry date without prior notice.
